The Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association calls out to racers and non racers to participate in any of 45 categories in their 2008 Time Trial Series. Cyclists will get a chance to put the hammer down and see how fast they can go on the NASCAR track at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina.
