Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI saw that video live. The owner was a spectator that brought the dog along in their RV. She said they took it off the leash to let it get some exercies . Great Timing. The woman should have to pay the Bike team for the damaged bicycle and have her dog taken away.
