Stage 4 of the 2008 Giro d’Italia hits the mainland of Italy with it’s start from Pizzo Calabro.

The course climbs down the west coast of the toe of Italy then takes a turn, crossing over to the east coast and finishing in the city Catanzaro. 187km long stage 4 has a climb in the first third but ends flat and we should see another bunch sprint finish.
